Matt is a commercial litigator who represents businesses and high-net-worth individuals, from startups and emerging companies to large corporations. Licensed in Louisiana and Alabama, he serves as outside counsel to clients on a wide range of business issues, including contract disputes, employment matters, intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions.
