Today marks 100 days left in 2026, leaving corporate communicators a critical window to deliver on the priorities they set out in January, and to start laying groundwork for next year. To help leaders use the time well, Mountain View Group, an Atlanta-based corporate communications agency, today released a planning workbook built around this milestone.
The 100-Day Sprint framework is designed to help communications leaders pause and take stock: which 2026 priorities are on track, which have stalled, and which no longer matter given how the year actually unfolded. The workbook walks teams through narrowing their focus to three priorities for the remainder of the year, identifying work that should stop to make room for what matters, and building a simple action plan with immediate next steps.
“Mountain View Group has distilled our client-tested strategic planning workshop into a series of targeted questions that will get you and your team moving in the same direction,” said Thom Gonyeau, co-principal at Mountain View Group. “The 100-day mark can trigger dread, but it’s still more than a quarter of the calendar — plenty of time to make an impact if you’re intentional about it.”
The framework also asks communicators to look further out. With Q4 looming, many teams are being asked to start 2027 planning. The workbook includes an exercise for identifying one early move on next year’s agenda, so teams enter planning season with momentum rather than a blank page.
The 100-Day Sprint workbook is available for download now at MountainViewGroup.com/100days.
